More Craters of the Moon goodness

Barry and I went to Craters of the Moon in Arco, ID over Memorial Day weekend. It is about a hour and a half west of Rexburg, ID. We went there for Barry's Natural Disasters class to see the marvelous creations that Heavenly Father has given to us. We had a very cold first night and a windy, sunny day the next day but it was awesome to see the many caves created by the lava flows from millons of years ago! The further we went into the caves it got darker, colder..there was even icicles on the walls of the caves. It was our last trip together in ID.

Aren't we a cute couple :)

Don't fall Barry!

  1. Looks like fun! I've heard my sister-in-law (the one who lives in Sugar City) talk about that place.
